Abstract：A new three-line hybrid rice cultivar Yiyou 180 was derived from the cross between selfselection of sterile line YiA and Nanhui 180 by Nanping Institute of Agricultural Sciences. It was registered and released by Fujian Crop Variety Examination and Approving Committee in 2014. The characteristics of Yiyou 180, its parents and the high-yield seed production technology was summarized.
