Abstract:Population structure of blast pathogen collected from major rice production areas in Fujian were analyzed. 126 Magnaporthe grisea isolates obtained in 2017-2018 were classified into 6 population and 32 physiological races, among which ZA population was dominant race with 41.6% occurrence frequency. Resistance of main cultivated varieties at seedling stage in Nanping were evaluated, Longliangyouhuazhan, Heliangyou 332, Longliangyou 1988, Minyou 667, Keyou 16 were screened for grown in Nanping which had 95% esistance value.
