Abstract The modern agriculture of Qingliu County has made rapid development in recent years of the mountain district, because of creating the demonstration districts of modern agriculture for local agricultureled industries and specialty industries. Demonstration districts of modern agriculture promotes innovation and development of new business entities, traditional grain industry and brand characteristic industries. However, compared to the modern agriculture in the developed areas, there are some gaps of agriculture in the agricultural development, that including machinery equipment, achievement transformation, brand effect, business group, and integration of three industries. Therefore, the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of developing frontier agriculture, upgrading traditional agriculture, creating characteristic industries, cultivating new farmers, and integrating the development of three industries, identifying their own "short board" efforts, innovating and promoting sustainable green development of modern agriculture.
