Breeding and Application of New Hybrid Rice Variety Ganxiangyou 858
CHENG Zhao-ping, YE Ning, LU Li-bin, YANG De-wei, YE Xin-fu, ZHENG Xiang-hua
Ganxiangyou 858 is a three line mid-early hybrid rice derived from early maturity and good quality restore line dongnanhui 858 and male sterile line gangxiangA, which had the characteristics of uniformity, good discoloring at maturity, high and stable yield, high seed production yield. It was approved by Jiangxi Provincial Crop Variety Approval Committee in 2017. The breeding process, parents' characteristics of Ganxiangyou 858 were summarized and its major techniques point of cultivation and seed production were proposed.

Observation and Analysis of Characteristics in New Rice CMS Line
DENG Ze-qin, HUANG Xian-bo, LIN Cheng-bao, TANG Jiang-xia, LIANG Shui-jin, YE Yang-dong
In order to understand the characteristics of three new rice CMS Lines, the growth duration, agronomic characters, flowering habits and the effects of temperature and humidity on the daily flowering were investigated and analyzed. The results showed that the growth duration from long to short is Ming 2A, Ming 1A, Tianfeng A, Ming 6A. The effective tiller number, grains number per panicle, and plant height of the Ming 1A and Ming 2A were significantly higher than those of Tianfeng A.The flowering habit of the four male sterile lines were different, but the flowering time was concentrated, and the flowering peak was concentrated between 12:00 and 13:00. The four male sterile lines had large glume angle, highe stigma exsertion rate and good outcrossing rate characteristics. The correlation analysis showed that the total amount of flowering before noon was positively correlated with temperature, negatively correlated with humidity. In a word, suitable temperature and humidity could promote flowering.

A new three-line hybrid rice cultivar Yiyou 180 was derived from the cross between selfselection of sterile line YiA and Nanhui 180 by Nanping Institute of Agricultural Sciences. It was registered and released by Fujian Crop Variety Examination and Approving Committee in 2014. The characteristics of Yiyou 180, its parents and the high-yield seed production technology was summarized.

Evaluation of the Resistance of Rice Variety Resources to Blast Pathogen Population in Fujian

Population structure of blast pathogen collected from major rice production areas in Fujian were analyzed. 126 Magnaporthe grisea isolates obtained in 2017-2018 were classified into 6 population and 32 physiological races, among which ZA population was dominant race with 41.6% occurrence frequency. Resistance of main cultivated varieties at seedling stage in Nanping were evaluated, Longliangyouhuazhan, Heliangyou 332, Longliangyou 1988, Minyou 667, Keyou 16 were screened for grown in Nanping which had 95% esistance value.

Effects of Different Straw-decomposing Inoculants on Compost Maturity of Rape Straw

In order to screen straw-decomposing inoculants suitable for north of Fujian, 7 different strawdecomposing inoculants were added to rice straw, the weight loss in 14 d, 24 d and 42 d were investigated and compost maturity were evaluated. results showed that straw-decomposing inoculants influenced compost maturity in varying degrees, the efficiently-decomposing varied with composting process. Inoculants A2(Ai yi kang) and A6(Chun wei) had the best effects on decomposition of rice straw and suitable for extension and application.

It revealed that special formula fertilizer had significance effects and is valuable to be popularized.

A hybrid rice Zhongzheyou No. 8 was bred by China Rice Research Institute and Zhejiang Forget Agricultural Seed Industry Co., Ltd. In 2013, Zhongzheyou No. 8 was introduced for planting, which showed high quality rice, neat field population, strong tillering ability, good color change, high yield and stable yield. It was the main promoter of high quality rice in Shunchang County. The effects of different transplanting methods on the yield were discussed. and its high-yielding cultivation techniques were summarized of Zhongzheyou No. 8.

It waswas registered and released by Fujian Crop Variety Examination and Approving Committee in 2018. In 2018, Ziliangyou No. 3 was planted as singleseason in Hanlin Village, Junxi Town, Datian County. The average yield per 667 square meters was 556.2 kg, which was 2.3% higher than that of Jinnong 3 you No. 3. The characteristics and cultivation techniques of Ziliangyou No. 3 were summarized in Datian County.

Comparative Test of New Medium Hybrid Rice Varieties in Shanghang County

In order to screen out the medium rice varieties suitable for cultivation in the middle-high altitude mountainous areas of Buyun Township, Shanghang County, six new hybrid rice varieties were introduced for comparative test. The results showed that Guang 8you 199 characterized by the moderate growth duration, agronomic traits, yield and adaptability, and could be popularized as the main varieties in Buyun Township. Zhongzhe 2 you 58 and Jiayou zhongke No. 2 had better comprehensive traits, which could be enlarged demonstration in the future. The yield and characteristics of new varieties were summarized in Buyun Township.

Comparative Test of New High Quality Hybrid Rice Varieties in Shunchang County

Comparison test of five new rice varieties of Taifengyou 2068, Jiafengyou No. 2, Quanyou 212, Hengyousizhan and Yexiangyou 676 were introduced to cultivate medium rice in Shunchang County, with Yiyou 673 as the control. The result showed that 4 new rice varieties of Taifengyou 2068, Quanyou 212, Hengyousizhan and Yexiangyou 676 were characterized by high yield, strong resistance, moderate growth duration, compact plant type, large spike and more spikelets, good performance in ripe time, and good comprehensive characteristics, which were suitabled for expansion and demonstration planting of medium rice in Shunchang County.

Production Test of New Hybrid Late Rice Varieties in Shanghang County

In 2018, Shanghang County undertook the task of Fujian Province production test with 10 new hybrid late rice varieties, and Yiyou 673 as the control. The results showed that five varieties of Quanyou 639, Nongyou 212, Funongyou 9802, Yongyou 5518, Byou 164 and Nei 10 you 164 were increased obviously, and the comprehensive characteristics were better, which were suitable for expanding demonstration in Shanghang County. The yield and agronomic characters of the tested varieties were summarized.

Lipid peroxidation is common in all biological systems, both appearing in developmentally and environmentally regulated processes of plants. Lipoxygenase is the key enzyme to catalyze lipid peroxidation, and it is also a multifunctional enzyme, catalyzing a variety of physiological reactions. The physiological characteristics and biological functions of plant lipoxygenase were reviewed in this paper.

Innovation and Development Strategy of Green Modern Agriculture Under the New Normal

The modern agriculture of Qingliu County has made rapid development in recent years of the mountain district, because of creating the demonstration districts of modern agriculture for local agricultureled industries and specialty industries. Demonstration districts of modern agriculture promotes innovation and development of new business entities, traditional grain industry and brand characteristic industries. However, compared to the modern agriculture in the developed areas, there are some gaps of agriculture in the agricultural development, that including machinery equipment, achievement transformation, brand effect, business group, and integration of three industries. Therefore, the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of developing frontier agriculture, upgrading traditional agriculture, creating characteristic industries, cultivating new farmers, and integrating the development of three industries, identifying their own "short board" efforts, innovating and promoting sustainable green development of modern agriculture.
